Do we say ''and mostly important''or ''and most important''?

首先是google上搜寻出来的英文句子不代表一定文法正确。另外就google上找来的文章作者也许不是要表达"最重要的是"Mostly important会有另外的意思(即使是如此,仍不是好的写法,所以知道就好,不要学)

In other words, "mostly important" would actually mean "mainly important", "chiefly important", or "usually important" -- the reason why it doesn't sound right to native speakers.

Now back to "google", well, one has to determine if the authors intended the above meaning, or simply committed a "gross error".

In the case, "mostly" means "primarily" and the phrase means something other than "most inmportant(ly)". And even though it's not grammatically objectionable, it is stylistically steerage.

全套出口单据包括:合同,发票,箱单,收汇水单,报关单(两联,出口退税联和出口核销联),核销单,别的应该就没有了。我们平常的单据就这些。 牵涉到退税的单据的话就是发票,收汇水单,报关单(两联,出口退税联和出口核销联),核销单。提单。

银行水单

“”出口核销是指,你收到外方的货款后,去外汇局通知货款已到账,而依据就是银行提供给你的外方资金到账通知(俗称)。“”
     形式发票是下的重要依据,当标的,规格,价格,数量,交期,包装等要素与客户达成一致以后,跟员面临的第一项工作就是制作P/I,以上几个内容也就是P/I的几大要素。P/I传真至客户签字确认后,跟员就要开始催付定金了。依据付款方式的不同,一般来讲是T/T和L/C两种,T/T下客户付款后,客户传真来的付款下来不一定就证明付款成功了,可在银行领取结汇B/L(贷记通知联),这才能证明款已到帐;L/C下客户行开具有效信用证,传真副本,审证合格后方可下生产。还一个细节,你收到钱,银行会有一张进帐给你(俗称为贷记通知联),等你收到核销以后,你需提供核销银行,才能拿到国外收入申报核销联(俗称为核销联),这样整套的才算拿到。

生产这部分我就不太熟悉了,因为平日少去工厂,基本是将客户订单翻译成中文,将客户对于颜色,质地,规格,包装要求等信息与厂方相关人员沟通,开具生产订单及生产通知即可,这部分需要进一步学习。

接着是出货,这也是船务工作的开始,当然很多公司也将此列为跟的范畴。船务在下的前几个工作日内可制作一张船务指引表以合理安排工作时间和保证工作内容。当包装采购等落实后,可开始制作装箱PACKING LIST和商业发票COMMERCIAL INVOICE。

然后根据交易情况申领核销,这里一个流程指示图:

接着准备商检资料,包括:C/I,P/L,S/C以及报检委托书,在出货前一周申请商检,并填写商检记录表;

确认好货齐时间后联络货代要求报价,报价送财务审核确认费用后,确认拖柜/送货时间,签发托运委托书/订仓通知。小细节:向运输公司定仓时,一定要传真书面定仓纸,注明所定船期,柜型及数量,目的港等内容,以避免差错。

如客户要求验货的,可在交货前预约时间请有关方前来验货。

通过后,委托拖车公司提柜,装柜。给拖车公司传真以下资料:定仓确认书/放柜纸,船公司,定仓,拖柜委托书,注明装柜时间,柜型及数量,装柜地址,报关行及装船口岸等。如果验货公司看装柜,要专门声明,不能晚到。并要求回传一份上柜资料,列明柜、车牌、司机及联系电话等。传真一份装车资料给工厂,列明上柜时间、柜型、订仓、订单、车牌以及司机联系电话。要求工厂在货柜离开工厂后尽快传真一份装货通知给业务部,列明货柜离厂时间、实际装货数量等,并记装箱号码和封条号码作为提单的资料,要求工厂装柜后一定要记住上封条。

商检结束后取得商检部门签发的出境货物通关或者说是商检,并准备好其他的报关资料:核销,C/I,P/L,S/C,通关,C/D,C/O,报关委托书,托运委托书,承运人开具的证明入仓等资料并留底,报关。

开船后两天内,要将提单补料内容传真给船运公司或货运代理。补料要按找L/C或客人的要求来做,并给出正确的货物数量,以及一些特殊要求等,包括要求船公司随同提单出的船证明等。督促船公司尽快出提单样板及运费帐。仔细核对样本无误后,向船公司书面确认提单内容。如果提单需客人确认的,要先传真提单样板给客人,得到确认后再要求船公司出正本。及时支付运杂费,付款后通知船公司及时取得提单等运输文件。支付运费应做登记。

装运通知:一般是要求在开船后几天之内,要通知客人发货的细节,包括船名,航班次,开船日,预计抵港日,货物及数量,金额,包装件数,唛头,目的港代理人等。有时L/C要求提供发送证明,如传真报告书,发函底等,注意按客人要求的时间内办理。

采用L/C收汇的,应在规定的交时间内,备齐全部证,并严格审,确保没有错误,才交银行议付。采用T/T收汇的,在取得提单后马上传真提单给客人付款,确认受到余款后再将提单正本及其他文件寄给客人。

放货之后,填写出货费用表,联络货代追退核销,办理核销手续。

开给客户(预付一半)的发票号应按报关用的发票号吗?

开给客户(预付一半)的发票号应按报关用的发票号吗? 客户汇预付款时,是按形式发票的形式发票号汇的一半的预付款.(中国银行给的单据上有形式发票号的信息.)
我报关时用的发票号跟形式发票的号不是一个号.

那么我现在开给客户的发票,应按那个号开给客户让他清关提货等?( 余款是DP银行赎单.)

应该同报关号,但是你可以在上面写AS PER P/I NO。XXXXXX

但是预付款银行水单上,显示客户是按形式发票上的金额付一半的预付款的.
那么,我现在按报关上的发票号来开给客户用的发票, 他去银行付款赎单是,银行会不会有麻烦?(我开给他的发票上会注明: 已经预付了***,这次应付余款***.

别的不管,就按照你的报关发票号就可以了
没有关系的(形式发票号没有作用的)

那现在,客户按形式发票预付款,我报关用的是不同于形式发票号的发票报关, 核销上会不会产生问题?

如果我按报关发票上的号开给客户发票,那在我们收到汇款的银行水单上会显示报关发票号.

这样,这笔货物,在银行水单上显示的就是:两次付款,分属于两个不同的发票.

我该如何办?

除非客人另有要求,发票号码由你自己定,可以根据你报关时候也可以根据你的形式发票上,还可以另外再编一个都没有关系的.看你这个的吗,按你形式发票上来安全一点.
什么单单一致就得按你报关的简直放屁,跟报关的毫无关系.虽然理论上应该是致的,但决定是不一样的.

我刚才问过中国银行了,银行说我们做的不是信用证,如何做发票,和他们没关系,他们只负责能收到款.

看来明天只好打电话问外管局了.

问过外管局了,形式发票号和报关发票号不一样,是不影响核销的. 只要收款一致就行了.
